I would go for Peutz-Jeghers syndrome and other DD may be: Melanoma and addisons disease So look for: GI problems, pigmentation of palmar creases and mouth, look for cervical LN (mets)
pigmented freckles around the lips due to Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome.

this is a AD condition characerized by mucocutaneous melanosis with GI hamartomas.
what about addisone disese ?
