the skin in the neck shaws multiple yellowish papules and plaques arranged in a cobblestone pattern resembling "plucked chicken skin."

the fundoscopy shaw angioid streaks:broad, irregular, red to brown to gray lines that radiate from the area around the optic nerve.

what is the diagnosis?
